She approached me several months back about scheduling a photo shoot to get some shots of her for press related use at events where she might be speaking and possibly for use in her a book she's writing - and whatever else use she deems fit!

Laura has a really cool personality, photographing an individual for this purpose is definitely new to me and I felt a little intimidated because normally, I'm shooting at least 2 people, but bringing along a couple friends made the session all the more fun and light. Why? Simple. Friends have a unique way of getting other friends to lighten up and be less tense and just relax! We started off on Lori's property, then trotted over to a street I've been wanting to shoot on, yeah, I know, a street, but I still think it's a cool street, and then finally downtown St. Paul where the sun just started to set. We had a blast.
